Individual Counselling/Play Therapy Fees:

Our therapist fees are variable depending on the therapist you are working with. 

​

$110 - $150 per 50-minute Counseling session, payable at each session.

Please give 36 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise, you will be billed for the session.

 

If you would like to communicate via email or over the phone between appointments, you will not be billed for brief contact and updates (15 minutes or less).

 

*Please note that we do not take insurance. However, we are able to provide invoices for you to submit to your insurance company.

 

Horse Clients:

There is an additional $30 facility fee paid to Medicine Horse Program or Wildsong Ranch for Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy to cover the cost of the horses.
