This workshop is designed for parents and grandparents who want to explore an alternative way to treat some common illnesses or ailments before reaching for medication.
Reflexology may alleviate the symptoms of:
Constipation
Headaches
Fever
Teething
Distrupted Sleep
Stress (test anxiety)
Hyperactivity
Emotional Problems
What: 90 minute Reflexology Class (only parents/grandparents)

*Upon interest, we can do a second class where parents/grandparents can work on their kids' feet using the skills learned in the previous class.
Learn what is happening in your child's body and brain that causes meltdowns, difficulty with settling down and transitions; And, how to reduce these struggles.
This will be an experiential class, where you will engage with the most powerful sense, smell, to create tools to help in easing the stress that is caused when your child is struggling.
By the end of this class, you will have both knowledge and tools to feel more confident and capable to take on these challenges.
